Simex Oy on ostanut B&W Group Finland Oy:n liiketoiminnan, jonka myötä Simex ottaa hoitaakseen B&W-, Classe- ja Marantz -tuotteiden maahantuonnin ja jakelun Suomessa 1.5.2024 alkaen.
Liiketoimintakauppa tukee emo-omistajien Masimo Corporationin ja Horn Distributionin strategista kumppanuutta, sillä Simexillä on jo vuodesta 2010 lähtien ollut muiden Masimon omistamien tuotemerkkien, kuten Denonin ja Polk Audion, edustusoikeus Suomessa.
Molemmat osapuolet odottavat, että kaikkien tuotemerkkien yhdistäminen saman katon alle tukee yritysten yhteistä tavoitetta kasvattaa myyntiä ja näkyvyyttä Suomen markkinoilla.
Nykyinen B&W:n henkilökunta (Taisto, Patrik ja Erik) siirtyy samalla Simexin työntekijöiksi. Yhdessä heidän kanssaan olemme varmoja, että Simexistä tulee entistäkin vahvempi toimija markkinoilla.
Yhdessä kaikkien Masimon kuluttajabrändien yhdistämisen ja nykyisen B&W:n henkilöstön ammattitaidon, alakohtaisen tietotaidon ja kymmenien vuosien yhteisen kokemuksen kanssa pystymme tukemaan vähittäismyyntikumppaneitamme tulevaisuudessa entistä paremmin ja tarjoamaan entistä parempia ja täydellisempiä ratkaisuja!
Simex Oy siirtää toimiston ja varaston uuteen sijaintiin, Uudenmaankatu 4–6, 00120 Helsinki, kesä-heinäkuussa 2024.
B&W:n ID Lounge myymälä läpikäy täyden remontin ja liiketilaan aukeaa AutoStudio Oy:n hallinnoima Audio Forum myymälä kesällä 2024. Myymälä tulee samalla toimimaan vaikuttavana showroomina monille upeille brändeille. Myymälässä saamme tuotteet kattavasti esille perusmalleista aina lippulaivatuotteisiin asti, mikä mahdollistaa parhaat elämykset sekä kuluttajille että Simexin yhteistyökumppaneille.

Simex Oy has acquired the business operations of B&W Group Finland Oy. Simex will take over distribution of B&W, Classe and Marantz products from 1st of May 2024.
This business transfer deal supports the strategic partnership between mother companies Masimo Corporation and Horn Distribution, as Simex has already had the distribution rights of other Masimo brands, including Denon and Polk Audio, in Finland since 2010.
Both parties expect that consolidating all these world-renowned brands under the same umbrella supports the strategic growth and visibility of all brands in the Finnish market.
The current B&W team (Taisto, Patrik and Erik) will transfer to Simex as well. Together with them we are confident that Simex will be an even stronger player in the market.
Together with the consolidation of all Masimo consumer brands, and with the additional knowledge, industry-specific knowhow and tens of years of experience that the B&W staff brings, we are able to support our retail partners even better in the future, so we can offer even better and more complete audio solutions than ever before!
Simex Oy will move their office and warehouse to new address, Uudenmaankatu 4-6, 00120 Helsinki, in June/July 2024.
B&W ID Lounge store will go through a complete renovation and the store will be opened as an Audio Forum store managed by AutoStudio Oy in the summer of 2024. The store will also serve as an impressive showroom for many great brands. The store will provide a comprehensive display of products from basic models to flagship products, enabling the best experiences for both consumers and Simex partners.
